BT's Top 10 fitness advice!
1.Eat clean! If it doesn't grow, don't eat it!
(Eat Oatmeal EVERYDAY!!!)
2.Be consistent when you train in the gym and set weekly goals. Always change up your routine.
3.Don't train to look a certain way, train to get stronger and to be healthy.
4.Drink lots of water(on training days drink more!)
5.Get plenty of sleep and take off days from the gym. Especially after a leg or back day.
6. Never spend more then 1:30 in the gym.
7. Ask me about my most reliable muscle building secret that I attribute much of my success to.
8. Take amino acids and use whey protein as an "in between meal" a REAL meal such as a piece of chicken is always better then a protein drink UNLESS it is rite before a workout or immediately after because of digestion reasons.
9.Read fitness magazines and keep your mind as sharp as your muscles. understand nutrition and the muscle building process.
10. Cam with me as much as possible so you can visualize your goal and ask me any questions you may have. :) |
